CHICKEN SALAD


CHICKEN SALAD
Jacquelyn Hurley’s favorite
for croissants or lettuce wraps

2-3 cups cooked chicken cubed
2 cups celery chopped
1 cup cashews
1 Tbs. onion grated or chopped very fine
2 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 cups Best Foods Mayonnaise
2 Tbs. parsley
1 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. Bon Appetite seasoning salt
1 cup grapes cut in half
