Home Bottled ROOT BEER



ROOT BEER   home bottled   - a favorite Holt family tradition
1 bottle extract
10 cups sugar ( 5 lb)
5 gal warm water
2 tsp yeast (1 pkg)
(55 bottles)
 Cap and set bottles on their side in box or basket
Cover for 3 days-  then refrigerate
Best to use within one week
