POTATOE CASSEROLE (Funeral Potatoes)




8 lg. potatoes boiled & grated or cubed
(or 32 oz. frozen hash browns)

mix together:  1 can cream chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup margarine,  melted
Toss lightly with potatoes and put in greased
9x13 pan. 
Top with 1 cup crushed cornflakes mixed with
2Tbs.margarine.  Bake at 350 40 to 45 min
