Crunchy Green Strawberry Salad




  Made at our Ward Christmas party 2016
Prep 20 mins ∙  Makes 12 servings ∙ Sherry Hansen

Ingredients

Topping:
3 ounces (1 package) ramen noodles
1 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup butter

Dressing:
1cup mayonnaise
½ cup whole milk
¼ red or white wine vinegar
⅔ cup white sugar
2 TBSP poppy seeds

Lettuce Greens  approximately 8 cups
   (we used Costco spring mix, spinach (& iceburg lettuce to extend) Red Leaf Lettuce also good
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 large can mandarin oranges, drained
red or black grapes washed and stemmed

Directions

Crumble noodles, place in frying pan with almonds and butter and saute
set aside
Wash and Mix the greens, put in serving dish
sprinkle with the fruit and and noodles, almond mixture
drizzle with dressing just before serving
