BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE

 

BROCCOLI CHICKEN CASSEROLE    Adapted from Taste of Home recipe

             

1pkg. (6 oz) chicken stuffing mix

4 cups cubed cooked chicken (I like to use Costco Rotisserie)

1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed

1 can broccoli cheese soup, undiluted +  can cr/chicken soup

1 cup sour cream   Grated cheese

1/4 tsp. Daley's chicken seasoning

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  *Saute chopped celery/onions and add

 1/2 to dressing and ½ to chicken.

Prepare stuffing mix as to pkt directions Using 1 ½ cups water or broth*.

 

In large bowl, combine chicken, broccoli and soup; transfer to a greased

11 x 7 baking dish.  Top with stuffing, sprinkle with cheese *(I like to mix

the cheese into chicken mixture)

Bake covered 20 minutes, Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes or until heated

through  

*I usually just use cr/chicken soup because that's what I have on hand. 

*Grandpa Daley's Chicken seasoning gives added flavor*       

(for 8” square pan use 2 cups chicken/ ½ pkt stuffing mix and 1 can soup
