STRAWBERRY DANISH DELIGHT

A easy and delicious layered sheet cake

1 box white cake mix

1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese   (some recipes call for 2 pkgs cream cheese)

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup powdered sugar 

1 pkg. Strawberry Danish Dessert

4 cups strawberries sliced


Mix cake according to directions using 3 egg whites. Pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan. Cook until toothpick comes out clean- Cool.

Cream together cream cheese, vanilla, powdered sugar (1-2 tsp. of milk) and Blend well.

Spread cream cheese mix over cooled cake.  Mix Danish Dessert according to pkg.  Cool and stir in strawberries.  Spread over cream cheese layer.  Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
