*haven't tried this yet but looks like a good hamburger option
Boil shells in 5 qts water w/ 5 tsp salt and 1 Tbs. oil.
Adding shells so water continues to boil. Boil for 6 minutes
Or until cooked al dente, stirring occasionally, drain/rinse
Meat Filling: 1 ½ lb hamburger
½ cup chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbs. parsley flakes, ½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper
(optional) 1 cup cottage cheese
20 Jumbo Pasta Shells
Grated Parmesan cheese and spaghetti sauce.
Cover bottom of pan with sauce and place stuffed shells
In pan leaving space for expansion. Cover shells with sauce.
Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and add remaining mozzarella and Parmesan, bake an additional 10 minutes.
Remove and set 5 min before serving
