Pistachio Dessert
Melt 1 cube of butter
Add: 1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flour
Mix and spread in 9x13 pan Bake 20 min at 350* (cool)
2nd layer (beat together & *carefully spread onto cooled bottom layer)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip
3rd layer
3 boxes pistachio pudding (jello) mixed with 4 cups milk
Top with cool whip- (optional sprinkle with chopped pecans)
Refrigerate 1 hr or more to set.
