Cranberry Lemonade
1 cup Chef Brad’s Cranberry Delight (cranberry sauce)
1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cups sugar Adjust if needed
Water to make one gallon
Natural Bliss Creamer, Sweet Cream
In blender add cranberry sauce, lemon juice, and sugar with water to cover. Blend really well, place in gallon pitcher and add water to the top. Chill. To serve, this is optional but wonderful. Place one ounce of creamer in class with ice. Pour Lemonade over top
Cranberry Sauce
½ lb. fresh cranberries (can use a full pound and no blueberries)
½ lb. blueberries
1 vanilla bean
1 Tablespoon orange flavor
1.5 cups water
2 cups sugar
In a blender place the vanilla bean and water and blend. In a pot add the berries, vanilla water mixture, and sugar. Cook until the berries burst. Turn off heat and add orange flavor. Goes great with turkey, but not necessary.
