Shredded Beef Crockpot Chili Lucy Drake's Chili Cookoff Winner
Ingredients
• 2-3 C leftover shredded roast beef
• 3 cans red beans, drained
• 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
• 1 7 ounce can green chilies
• 2 C beef broth
• 1 T chili powder
• 1 T cumin
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 T dried onion
• 1 tsp. paprika
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot
2. Cook on low 2 hours
3. Serve with fresh cilantro, tortilla chips, cheese and sour cream
