To serve 4
3/4 cup fresh mint leaves
2/3 cup lemon juice
1 cup simple syrup
1 2/3 cup water
3/4 cup canned coconut milk
Coconut, mint lemonade 2 gal.
6 cups mint leaves
4 3/4 c lemon juice
7 1/2 c simple syrup
13 cups water
4 cans coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2. Strain lemonade through a fine-mesh sieve over ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig.
