Cranberry Pudding Cake A favorite Holiday dessert

  

CRANBERRY PUDDING CAKE


6 Tbs. softened butter

2 c, sugar

2 c, evap milk (1 can + milk to make 2 cups)

4 cups fresh cranberries

6 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 t. salt

4 c. flour

 

creme butter and sugar. Add dry ingred alternate with milk.

Fold in berries. bake in greased bundt pan

60 min at 350.

turn onto serving plate- sprinkle w/ powd. sugar.

 

*Sauce

1 c butter

1 c. sugar

3/4 c. heavy whipping cream

1 t. vanilla

combine butter, sugar, cream in heavy saucepan,      bring to boil.

Reduce heat, simmer 5 min. add vanilla.

Serve hot over cake.
