2 - 8 oz. creme cheese.
(room temp)
2 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tb. Lemon juice
Beat until fluffy
Line cupcake papers with 1 vanilla wafer in each.
Fill 1/2 to 2/3 full with cream cheese
Bake at 350° 15 min. (don’t over bake)
Top with 1 Tb. Cherry pie filling
