CHICKEN BREASTS PARMESAN

6-8 Boneless chicken breasts
large bunch of broccoli ( allow 4 nice flowerettes per person)
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
2 cups milk            1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt  1 cup Parmesan cheese

Bake unseasoned chicken, covered with foil, 30-40 minutes.  Cook broccoli until barely crisp-tender (under cook) Line bottom of 9x13 pan with broccoli.  Top with cooked chicken.  Mix cream cheese and milk with wire whip over low heat.  Add salt, garlic salt, and half of the Parmesan cheese.  Continue heating over low, stirring constantly until mixture thickens (15-20 min) Pour over chicken/broccoli.  Top with remaining Parmesan cheese.  Cover with foil- bake 45 min. at 350°, removing foil last 15 minutes to brown.
