POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE


 POPPY SEED CHICKEN CASSEROLE -  Holly Critchfield

4 chicken breasts- cooked, shredded
combine with:
1 cup sour cream
2 cans cream/ chicken soup

Crust: 2 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 cup poppy seeds
1 cube butter- melted
 Mix-  put 1/2 in bottom of pan-
Layer chicken mix- then remaining half of cracker crust on top

Baked covered w/ foil

350  for 30 min or until hot.
