MESQUITE CHICKEN MARINADE
10 lbs. turkey tenders ( 2 tenders per person)
1 pint Wesson oil
1 Liter 7 up (1/2 bottle)
1 Tbs. Horse radish
1 pint soy sauce
1 Tbs. garlic powder
Mix & marinate 18-24 hours Barbeque
slowly- turning frequently- dip in sauce each urn
Cook meat until it is white when cut with
knife
store leftovers airtight in sauce.
