CHICKEN ENCHILADAS or CASSEROLE


CHICKEN ENCHILADAS or CASSEROLE

2-4 cups cooked chicken cubed
1 med onion chopped or 2 Tbs. dried minced
1 lb. ( 2 cups) grated cheese
1 can chopped green chilies  1 pkt flour tortillas
Spray 9x13 pan- mix chicken, onion, peppers & 1/2 cheese.  Fill tortillas or layer torn tortillas alternating, chicken, cheese and sauce. 
Bake at  350 for 30 minutes until bubbly covered with foil
Sauce :  2 cans cream f chicken soup, 1 up chicken broth 1 to 2 cups milk- Heat and blend
