Favorite MEAT LOAF


Favorite  MEAT LOAF     Ramona Kent

          (Also makes good meatballs)

1 1/2 lb. Hamburger
2/3 c. oatmeal              1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. Salt                   1/8 tsp. Pepper
1/4 tsp. Poultry seasoning
2 eggs             1 tsp. Worsh. Sauce
1 sm. onion chopped

Mix well.   (Mixing with hands works best)

Glaze: 1/4 c. Ketchup, 2 Tbs. Brown sugar,
1 tsp. Mustard, 1/4 tsp nutmeg.
Mix glaze and add to top of meatloaf
Bake at 350° for 1 hour

cook meatballs 18-20 minutes until cooked through
