our favorite vegetable for Sunday dinner
1 1/2 lb. Carrots ( cut lengthwise or baby carrots)
Steam or Cook in small amount of water until just tender
Combine:
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
2 Tb. Margarine
Cook, stirring -just until bubbly.
Add to carrots - stir and serve.
