STUFFED POTATOES


STUFFED POTATOES or Twice Baked Potatoes
Bake potatoes until soft .when tested with a fork (1 hr. at 400 for ex-large potatoes)
Remove from oven.  Cut off tops and scoop out  the inside into a bowl.  Add melted butter, sour creme, grated cheese, salt and pepper, chives .  Whip until smooth.
Scoop back into shell and top with grated cheese.

Bake again until  heated  through. Approx. 20 minutes
