(a family favorite green salad)
1/2 Bunch Red Leaf Lettuce
1/2 Head Iceberg Lettuce
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 can Mandarin Oranges
Chicken -cooked and diced or Bacon,cooked/ broken
Brown carefully under broiler- burns easily:
1 pk
Oriental flavor Ramen Noodles- broken
3/4 c. Sliced almonds
1/2 c. Sesame Seeds- (cost
less in lb. pkg. at a Health Food Store)
Dressing:
Mix season pkg. from Oriental Flavor Ramen Noodles with
1/4 cup. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 c. sugar -Whip
together- (option- marinate chicken in dressing until served.)
*Add dressing just before serving
