Poppy Seed Cake A family favorite

POPPY SEED CAKE     (Shirley Johnson's recipe)
   
1 yellow cake mix,
1 sm. Instant Lemon pudding- 
mix together and
add: 1 cup water,
1/2 c. oil,
4 eggs, Beating after each.
Add 2 Tbs. Poppy Seeds
and mix

Grease and flour Bunt pan.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes
Let set 15 min. before removing from pan.

Glaze:   2 Tb. Margarine,     4 Tb. Lemon juice
(good with fresh lemon and lemon peel)
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Drizzle over cooled cake                 
poppy seeds by the lb. at Health store- much less expensive**
