EZ WHEAT BREAD


                   from Lynell Vissor   (Linda Trask's mother) *uses food storage items
                         makes 5 medium size loaves

            5 cups warm water                         2 Tbs. yeast
            ½ cup oil                                ½ cup honey or brown sugar
            1/3 cup wheat gluten          ¾ cup potato flakes  (not potato pearls)
            3 Tbs. Dough enhancer  or 3 Tbs. Vinegar
            1/3 cup non fat instant dry milk
            2 Tbs. salt
            10-12 cups whole wheat flour
                       
            Mix ingred. with dough hook for 12-15 minutes.  Punch down and shape into loves
            Please into grease pans and let rise to double in size
            Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes . Take out of pans  and cool on racks.
