Spinach Poppy Seed Salad


SPINACH POPPY SEED SALAD-  Whitney Bleazard

1 head leaf lettuce       1 head spinach leaf
1-2 apples chopped     Craisins or grapes cut in halves
1 cup grated mozzerella cheese
1 cup chopped purple cabbage
1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled)
1 small purple onion- sliced thin
(sun flower seeds optional)

dressing :

½ cup green onion chopped fine   ½ c. sugar
½ cup apple cider vinegar             1 cup salad oil
1 Tbs. Poppy seeds                       1 tsp. dry mustard
