Brownies with Marshmallos

Heather’s best selling recipe from Corn Fest

Recipe for square pan:
1 cup butter
(3 cubes for lg cookie sheet pan)
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour. (3 2/3 cups for lg cookie sheet pan)
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cups chopped nuts optional
Mix ingredients and bake at 350 25-30 min.
Remove from oven and turn oven off.  Cover with a layer of marshmallows
And put back in oven 1-2 minutes. Let cool before frosting

Frosting: 1 cube butter
1 tsp vanilla
Powdered sugar
1/3 cup cocoa

** for large cookie sheet 1 1/2 times recipe -except
* amounts of butter and flour for larger recipe are shown in parenthesis
