Leslie’s Spinach Salad


1 bag spinach
1 head red leaf lettuce
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 1/2 purple onion
1 cup sugared almonds or pecans
1/2 lb crumbled bacon
15 wonton sheets cut into 4 strips and fried in oil

Strawberry dressing:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil (I used vegetable)
1 tsp dry mustard (I used reg mustard)
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup strawberry jam
(I also used 1 tbsp dry minced onions)

Mix thoroughly
