Navajo Fry Bread

An authentic Navajo recipe- good for last minute scones:

4 cups flour
3 Tbs baking powder
2 Tbs salt
2 1/2 cups warm milk or water
Oil for frying
Mix ingred together in bowl. Let rest 10-30 minutes. The longer the better.
Shoe into balls and pat or roll flat to fry
