uses a variety of canned beans

Combine in a dutch
oven or big pan:
2 lbs Lins
Country Sausage- browned
add 3
diced bell peppers
2 medium diced onions
1 bunch
cilantro [just mince the tops down to the stems] * I like less maybe 1/2
3 Tbs.
cumin
1 Tbs
oregano
1 Tbs fennel
add; ( 2) 28 oz cans of sliced tomatoes
(2) 28 oz cans chili beans
1 can of each of
the following:
black
beans, kidney, pinto, garbanzo, butter, and black eye peas
1 reg size
can Contadina Sweet n Sour Sauce (Chinese section at Lins Groc)
salt/pepper
to taste - let simmer done!
