TACO SOUP


Delicious with scones- recipe fills a large crock pot
a family favorite at the cattle drive or any chilly day

1 1/2 lb hamburger-
   Brown with chopped onion and drain
2 lg cans kidney beans (or 3 small cans)
2 cans Mexican tomatoes
1 can carrots or cooked carrots (can use dried )
2 cans cream/potato soup
1 can beef broth, 1 can tomato sauce
 1 pkt. Taco seasoning

cook in crock pot or on stove- stirring to blend flavors, serve w/ tortilla chips & cheese,
 other options: sour creme, guacamole
